Business Ethics 101

January 31st, 2003 @ 9:32 AM in Rants

If a company or an individual gets paid for the service provided, and if a mistake is made while providing the service, it should be acknowledged and the service should be provided again at free of charge. This is only ethical and a good business practice. Also, if that company or the individual is not so proficient with the service being provided, they should’t be in the business at all.

I have noticed that some of the bloggers run a business of installing and customizing the blogger tool while the provider is not so proficient and the client not knowing that fact. And when a third party gets involved and points out things, the provider “downgrades” this third party and does’t acknowledge his/her own faults and/or mistakes.
