Victory for humanity

I consider the ruling by the Supreme Court a victory for humanity and justice served. In my opinion, if the government tells us who to love and intervenes what we do in our own bedrooms, ther’s definitely something wrong with the Constitution, and i’s like saying that they do’t consider homosexuals as human beings.

“The state cannot demean their existence or control their destiny by making their private sexual conduct a crime.”

I could’t agree more with that quote. The state or the government has no right to interfere with our lives, or with our sex lives for that matter. I do’t think homosexual relationships are that different from interracial relationships, etc. And yet, people in interracial relationships have their privacy and freedom.

Race and sex. If you think about it, there are’t much differences between them. Homosexuality is not a choice. They are born with that sexual orientation.

Religion should not be a factor in deciding their rights. I do’t think Bible states anything about homosexuality or that it is wrong and that they should not be given equal rights as others. Besides, I think it states God is eternally forgiving and that He loves us unconditionally. So who are we to judge them anyway?

‘m not a homosexual by the way…
