Toyota iSwing

With some modifications, I sure could use Toyota iSwing. There are now wheelchairs that can “stand up” and even climb stairs, but iSwing looks a lot cooler! The best thing about these are that they don’t tip over no matter how much you move even in the standing mode.

    What type do you use? Mine is one where she told me it is 4 wheel drive… less likely to tip over. She told me out of pocket it’s around $14,000 :eek: Are they really this much??

    Any advice you can give on wheelchairs? I don’t even know what I am looking for exactly. I just do not want a POS ya know.

    iSwing? I wish I’d afford one.

    As for wheelchairs, ask your doc to refer you to a PT who can get you one through your insurance.
