INADYN for multiple providers

Thanks to Christian Eyrich, this request has been fulfilled. INADYN now supports multiple providers; e.g., DynDNS and No-IP in a single configuration file. Mr. Eyrich was kind enough to build me a custom package with his patch applied for OpenWrt, and it’s working wonderfully.
