Re-Installed SuperCache
May 7th, 2008 @ 12:45 PM in Announcements, EtceteraI’ve re-installed SuerCache in an attempt to save bandwidth and to avoid exceeding the 5GB limit like I did last month for about 5 hours. So if something seems broken, please let me know. I’d appreciate it. ![]()

Unless you provide some secret service I don’t know of (porn?) I find it strange that you have so much traffic in terms of bandwidth. Is it all the ajax? I have real heavy html 4.01 tables, but still pull it off under 5GB/month.

Sigg3 » I get a lot of traffic from EntreCard… which is good in a sense.

Good to see you back and have the ability to leave comments again. You totally missed out on your birthday surprise. But here it is so you can at least see it:

Michael,
maybe you should give us a breakdown of where you’re bandwidth is going. something from awstats or something. it’s just interesting to me since your site isn’t graphics heavy.
just curious, is all.

Daniel » Well, on average, I get over 200 hits a day — 40-50% from search engines.
