A Check from IRS

Yes, I’ve finally received that payment for the Economic Stimulus Package in the mail. Since I paid the taxes using my bank, I thought they’re going to deposit it directly to my bank which would have been better, but they mailed it.

If you ask me, the US government is pretty wasteful. They mail me my Medicaid paper every month, and even the local Social Security Administration office mails me SSI letters every single month. They’d probably save millions of dollars a year on papers and mailing alone. Digitization is the key in my opinion.

Well, anyway, I’m $600 richer today… :D

    Yeah, it can come a little late, but at least you got some money! I wish I did. :( But I didn’t because I’m a dependent and if I were to get the money, it would’ve posted by now via direct deposit.
